Happy Birth Day - To my new BLOGGG!

Happy Birth Day - To my new BLOGGG!

Hey! This Blog Is about people like Me - Musicians, which are dealing with arms and back problems.

Check It Out!

Here is my short story:
Few months ago, as usual, I played some notes at the piano.. when suddenly I started to fell some pains around my hands and back. "weird" I thought...
At first, I haven't paid attention to it, but it gut worse and worse. eventually I had to deal with it, and believe it or not, today its a big part of my daily life.

In the same moment that I started questioning about it, I was a-m-a-z-e-d to found that there are so many musicians shearing my problem!... and more of that, I found so many confusing ways to deal with it - really frustrating filling...

It appears, that when you are young, and you start to play on your instrument, it's seams harmless :)
But when you get older you understand that there are allot of difficulties involved in paling and preforming.
How many drummers or contra-bass players you know that in their first year of learning they new that one day, they will have to carry around their HEAVY instrument from one rehearsal to the other?!
same in arm and back injuries - nobody warned you.

Bummer...

Join me, to my journey of healing my self and haling your self to.

I'll upload, every day, a new post of my actions on my way to be a Healthy musician and a great pianist! This blog is also for people who wold like to know haw to prevent from future injuries... so if you know people that play music many times a day, pleas, spread the word.

I choose to make this crisis to an opportunity, what a beautiful cliche ;)
Write me down any information or stories that you might have on this topic...

And most impotent:
Never stop the Music!
